Delivery destinations and currency
We deliver to Canada and the United States. All prices on this store are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Standard delivery to either destination is C$9.95, with free standard delivery on orders of C$139 or more.
Every parcel is fully tracked. As soon as your order leaves our workshop you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
Processing Time
- Non-personalized pieces (including moss agate and moissanite): shipped within 2–3 business days
- Personalized pieces (engraving, photo, names or birthstones): 1–2 business days of order processing, then 3–5 business days of production — up to 4–7 business days before dispatch in the longest case. Many of our best sellers are made and shipped within 1–2 business days; we state the longest case so you can plan with confidence.
Door to door, that is about 9–15 business days for non-personalized pieces and up to 19 business days for personalized pieces in the longest case.
If your order contains multiple items, everything is shipped together once the final piece is ready.

Transit time begins once your order has been shipped. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may arise during shipment.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = time before dispatch (including processing and production) + transit time.
