The stone is cut as a checkerboard rather than a brilliant - a grid of flat facets across a domed top, which reads as one pool of pale blue instead of scattered sparkle. At 8.00 mm it is bezel set flush to the chain, with a single small zirconia bezel a few links away to keep the chain from going bare.
The closure is a bolo slider: two small beads run along the chain so you set the fit yourself, anywhere up to 18 cm. No clasp to fumble one-handed, and no fixed length to get wrong. Solid 925 sterling silver at 2.40 g.
