One large open heart makes up the whole top of this ring, its outline traced in tiny cubic zirconia. Inside the heart, slim polished ribbons sweep up from the lower left - one for each person - each carrying a small prong-set birthstone at its tip and a name engraved along its length.
The ring is made in two layouts, both shown in the photos: three ribbons with three stones in a 16 mm heart, or four ribbons with four stones in a 19 mm heart. Each round stone is 2 mm in a four-prong setting, and each name takes up to 8 characters. Turn the ring over and there is room for one more line: up to 18 characters engraved on the inside of the band, hidden against the skin.
